Best places to spend your Christmas Holidays

Hi good people, it’s 20th of December already in Christmas mood How are you planning to spend the holidays? Today I would like to share where best I prefer spending my Christmas Holidays.

It is obvious that people have different interests depending on different factors. For those who have been living in town, they would prefer to spend their holidays away from hustle and bustle of the city. So, country side becomes one of their best destiny for their holidays.

To those who live upcountry, visiting the cities is the top in their list. They want to relax from daily chores of the farms.

Others will prefer to visit tourist attractions such as game parks or spend their holidays at the hotels where everything is taken care of. This is mostly preferred by ladies who have been taking care of the family. They need the break from the kitchen as well as enjoying pampering from the family members.

Country home is my take for Christmas Holidays. I love that morning when birds wake me up with their chirping and tweeting sound. The sight of the sun rise from the East is amazing not to mention that cool atmosphere that comes with the sun set.

Having meals prepared with products direct from my farm is refreshing. I also take this time to bond with the cows and the pets.

It has been a push and pull game whether candidates students will do their end of the year final exams.It’s now almost two months since the schools were closed indefinitely.It is still not clear whether they will be safe from the pandemic if they resume classes. The discussion is still going on whether to open the schools or not.also see

Why children are not safe from covid 19.

Are our children safe from corona virus..

It is sad that children have been left to go on with their daily activities. They are relating and playing as if covid 19 is a fiction. Schools were closed to keep children safe but it is like this is not working.

When parents go for job, these children are left all alone and they are free to meet with their friends without minding the impact of the pandemic. Most of them are seen not bothering to take the precautions needed. They never use masks nor keep social distance.

My question is…are these children safe? Is keeping them out of school protecting them from being victims?

5 reasons why parent cannot stay with their children|ciscasquapro

It has been a long time since schools were indefinitely closed due to Covid 19.
It was a surprise to many as this caught them unaware. How they had to swallow the bitter pill as there was no other option to save the children from the pandemic.
Since then, it has not been easy to stay with children for such a long time bearing in mind that some live in high populated areas.Some of the parents have said it openly why it has been hard to stay with their children for such a long time and it is their prayer this will come to an end soon.

This are some of the reasons they gave:
Children cannot learn by themselves without the help of the teacher. They don’t take parents seriously when they give the assignments . Some of the parents are not aware on what is taught in school. Others know little about the syllabus.

Controlling children has not been easy, This is because they are staying in small rooms and keeping children congested in a room for a whole day is not easy to them.They better go outside where they would have a wider space for their activities.

Some parents are still going to their working places, hence children are left unattended. They(the children)may take advantage of this and engage themselves with immoral behaviours which parent could not advocate for if they were around.

Some children are still too young to understand why they are being told that it is not right to play with their peers.Keeping them in the house all day is not that simple.

Then there are the teenagers who most of the time they feel they are always right. This brings conflict between them and the parents.Sometimes they take advantage of the absence of the parent to do immoral things which could land them in danger.The parents have to deep more in their pockets for the unexpected budget.

It is a prayer to every parent that things will be back to normal soonest. As parents should also know this.

Or is it why teenagers like to explore….. I intermingled with some teenagers on this and they already new what to say…….

” I am lyzer 13 years of age .Exploring is fun because it helps me relax .Exploring may interfere with your education because if you are not careful to balance you might end up failing in your exams .Well my parents are okay with exploring because I go to educational trips .Basically to me exploring is great.”

“I am Joyance 15 years of age. And yes I personnally love exploring. Exploring instills one with more knowledge and the nature surrounding us. Moreover it helps one acquire skills like when one is in camping. Exploring is fun!”

“Am Bryson 17 years of age. I personally find exploring awesome. To me, it enables us interact with people all over the world.In school,it breaks the monotony of the classroom.I enjoy best during the school holidays because I make new friends. It is also not the best because some people find themselves in bad companies ending up to drug abuse and dropping out of school, so l like it when my parents intervene where necessary.”

As teenagers’ parents, it is good if you allow your pre teens and teenagers to hang out with their friends. All what you need is to monitor their action in a friendly manner. Guide where necessary.

Though allowed to explore,inspect their move.They may end up exploring things that will impact them negatively!
